Licensed Practical Nurse–Nashville-12-Hour Night Shift-Residential
The Columbus Organization has an immediate full time openings for Licensed Practical Nurses in Nashville, TN. The positions are for a residential care facility serving intellectually and developmentally disabled clients. Available positions for 12-hour day or night shifts with every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities Include:
· Prepare and administer medication at scheduled medication times
· Perform physical and nursing assessments
· Participate as a member of a supportive interdisciplinary team
· Provide nursing documentation/reporting per facility policies
· Provide chart documentation
Requirements:
· Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Tennessee
· 1-2 Years Nursing Experience
· Experience Working with Developmentally Disabled Clients Preferred
