The Columbus Organization is expanding its team of school-based Board Certified Behavior Analysts in Baltimore, MD. Interviews now being scheduled for the current 2018-2019 school year.

Under the direction of the Coordinator of Citywide Programs & Transition, the primary role of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to support the development, implementation, and refinement of programmatic and individual behavioral supports for students with social, emotional and behavioral health needs.
The BCBA will function as a specialist whose expertise will increase the capacity of all Citywide and school-based staff to effectively provide behavioral supports to students and will also function as the primary interventionist in the modeling of data collection, strategies and following of BIPs/BSPs to support student in decreasing behaviors interfering with their ability to access the general education classroom instruction and curriculum.
