My career in healthcare has allowed me to develop skills by supporting professional services organizations in acute care and now behavioral health/complex care. I enjoy healthcare because of the change management that is required to continue to deliver outstanding customer service.
One of the four company objectives of the first company that I worked for upon graduation from college was – To Help People Develop. My job satisfaction is in watching others grow, develop and succeed as a result of my mentoring and establishing of stretch goals.
I am a leader who was mentored by my parents and early-career supervisors to give back and make a difference in the lives of others. In addition, I am passionate about customer service and will reward it when I experience it and will set the expectations about delivering it.
I went to a faith-based college in Indiana which allowed me to meet so many people from around the world which resulted in my love for international travel and cultural diversity. I am blessed to have had the opportunity to travel throughout the US and abroad.
I am married to my husband Paul for over 30 years. We have three daughters. I love sharing time at the beach with family and friends. As a result of the pandemic, my new hobby is watching and developing a cool environment for hummingbirds.
