I joined Columbus in 2013 because I was drawn to the values and mission of the company. I am proud to be working with the most dedicated group of Support Coordinators who are always willing to put the individuals we serve first and strive to ensure they are attentive to their needs.
The Columbus Organization is a Care Coordination agency that aims to ensure the individuals we serve live the most meaningful life possible. We hire kind and devoted staff and take great pride in training them to the fullest extent so that we can deliver the best services.
Growing up with an uncle and cousin with Down Syndrome taught me that everyone deserves a meaningful life. They opened my eyes to see the good in everyone and to enjoy life to the fullest. I knew growing up that I would have a career working to help those with developmental disabilities.
My career highlights are the growth and advancement opportunities that I’ve had while working at The Columbus Organization. My career journey has shown others that the culture of Columbus is one in which through hard work you are able to advance within the company.
I seek to ensure that the individuals served have the most meaningful lives possible and find pure joy in even the smallest successes. I am caring and compassionate and look for the positive in all situations.
I have nearly 20 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. I have held positions as a Case Manager, Supervisor and State Director. In my current role I oversee Care Coordination in various states.
I enjoy weekend kayak adventures with my husband, watching my son play football and baseball, shopping with my daughter and cuddling with my fur babies.
