The Columbus Organization is expanding its HR Team at our Wayne, PA office. Looking for a recent college graduate to join our exceptional team of HR Professionals that are making a difference in the lives of employees who support individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources

• Candidate must have completed an internship in Human Resources preferably in Benefits Administration

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite , specifically excel

Very Strong writing and communication skills

• Ability To Excel In A Team Environment and well organized
