Eric Miller currently serves as the Vice President for Columbus’ Professional Clinical Staffing services team. With nearly 23 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry, he assists both internal and external customers in understanding the complex, multi-faceted processes involving state and federal government bidding, contracting, and delivering on each unique engagement. Mr. Miller is responsible for strategic planning, development, and implementation of effective recruiting, sales, and business development strategies. In addition, he continually monitors and analyzes current healthcare staffing trends to ensure Columbus remains competitive and focused on customer needs to support the division and customers in achieving their goals. Additionally, Mr. Miller assists with the growth and development of his team by mentoring team members on appropriate sales and recruiting methodologies and client interactions, focusing on customer service excellence. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from Ohio University.
