·  What is the process when Columbus is awarded a contract?

Once a contract is awarded, Columbus representative meet with your key administrative staff to obtain a Ideal Candidate Profile (ICP). Columbus develops an ICP with the agency, fine-tuning position specifications to recruit candidates who are most qualifies for the roles and responsibilities within the agency

·  Once a contract is signed, how long does it take to get a position filled?

Columbus will meet with you on the Ideal Candidate Profile (ICP) immediately and begin the recruitment and interview process within 30 days.

Columbus schedules selected candidates for onsite interviews. The agency then selects the candidate who is most qualified for the position.

Are the candidates employees or contracted.
Columbus candidates are presented with full time employee agreements. These employee agreement outline specific start date, benefits, and salary.

·  What is Columbus's role after candidates are placed?

Columbus takes an active role in meeting with the facility and their employees that you have hired. We will visit regularly to insure all the contractual needs and performances are met. Columbus will also be involved with performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and terminations.
